Founder
Mont is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Commercialization and Manufacturing Excellence Center at Purdue University Northwest. He is the inventor of Plantennas and other sustainable horticulture growing mediums; he has secured funding through VCs, EPA, SPIR, and SBA; he’s a winner on tv’s “Shark Tank”; he manages student and community startup workflow at the University.

AJ is Clinical Faculty at Purdue University Northwest in Entrepreneurship and Business. She is a securities and finance professional; she speaks and consults on management, communications, startup finances, and grant writing; she is an author and speak on corporate leadership topics; she is an agri-entrepreneur.
